Deb Kadas began her lifelong career in design when she was awarded first place in the 1976 national Levi Strauss & Co. Design Contest for her design of a denim tunic. After briefly studying fashion design, Deb graduated with honors from Oregon State University in 1981, with a BFA in graphic design. Post-graduation, Deb was a partner in Attenzione! Advertising in Corvallis, Oregon, as well as a visiting instructor in OSU’s Department of Art.

Combining this background with a love for traditional architecture and historic homes, Deb Kadas now designs kitchens, bathrooms and other residential interiors that are enduring and influenced by their existing contexts and features.

Since establishing her interior design business in 2003, Deb has been responsible for designing and/or consulting for residential renovations, remodels, and additions in Corvallis, Portland, Albany, Salem, and Black Butte, Oregon, as well as Palm Desert, California, and Makawao, Hawaii.
